Biweekly Integration Tasks *Light structure, heavy clarity - these short exercises help you apply what you’ve learned without overwhelm. Pain Explained Program Members will also have: Deep-Dive Discovery Form *You'll begin with a thorough intake form designed to deep-dive into your personal history, your current challenges, and the patterns that may be keeping you from fully healing.
