This program will guide you on your chronic pain or symptom healing journey using a MindBody approach The program includes: 15 Educational Videos • Learn about Emily's TMS story • Learn in-depth about the MindBody connection • Learn all the different steps that can assist you in your healing journey • Learn how to eliminate your fear, doubt & hypervigilance 3 Guided Meditations • TMS focused meditation • Visualization meditation • Somatic tracking meditation 6 Self-Reflected Worksheets • Learn how to identify past and current traumas or stressors and then journal about them to process any repressed emotions • Learn how to identify and overcome your fears/triggers to show the brain they're safe • Questions to ask yourself throughout the weeks to become more self-aware and understand what made your chronic symptoms appear as well as what may be holding you back from recovery 3 Instructional Guides • Learn how to talk to your brain to communicate safety • Learn how to engage in self-compassion • A list of tools to help overcome chronic symptoms to refer to over the weeks Biweekly Tasks • Each module includes a Homework section which includes tasks to complete to assist • Examples: Journaling, meditation or somatic tracking, visualization, creating an evidence list, engaging in activities or movements again, & more Unlimited Weekday 1:1 Support •Through Instagram messenger/voice memos Emily will learn your story, identify healing blocks, create a plan moving forward with you and be there for support, guidance, encouragement along the way!
