A little snip of my story:
For 4.5 years, I lived in a body that constantly hurt.
Every day was a cycle of fear, symptoms, appointments, treatments, and disappointment. I saw doctor after doctor, tried countless medications, supplements, and therapies... anything that promised even a small glimpse of relief.
But nothing truly helped.
It wasn’t until I found the mindbody approach that everything changed. Once I began understanding the role my brain played in my symptoms and started addressing the underlying patterns of fear, self-pressure, and emotional repression - my healing began.
And I’m not exaggerating when I say: I fully recovered.
Today, I’m pain-free and living a life that I never thought I’d get back. And now, I help others do the same - guiding them through the exact process that set me free.

I am not new to TMS mindbody work. Over the years I have experienced a number of what I now believe to have been mindbody symptoms. I managed to overcome terrible back pain twice by educating myself on the subject and putting into practice some of the techniques. However, more recently I have experienced a recurrence of very bad back pain alongside feet issues which I have been finding a challenge to deal with. I got to a point where I decided that I needed more help and searched around online to find the right type of programme and person to work with. Affordability was important to me as I had already spent lots of money seeing consultants and specialists and my income is not huge. I have only been working with Emily a short amount of time but I have already come to understand that even though I managed to overcome very bad back pain twice in the past (primarily from reading Dr John Sarno’s ‘Healing Back Pain’), I never actually dealt with any deeper core issues. This is probably why my back issue has resurfaced in addition to the new neuropathic feet issues.
